Customers are responsible for shipping cost. Orders are shipped via Canada Post COD. If an item(s) is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2 business days of payment. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified via Email with an estimated shipment date.  Express shipping is available at an extra cost.  Due to my rural location, overnight shipping is not available, however you should receive your express package within 2-3 days. For international orders, please Email us for shipping rates.

For orders

• $25 or less, please add $8 shipping and handling fee.
• $25-75, please add $15 shipping and handling fee.
• $75-150, please add $25 shipping and handling fee.

For orders over $150 shipping and handling fees will be adjusted for you.

All packages are insured and guaranteed to arrive safely. 

Items not instock could require 6 week delivery date to ensure quality. In the case of a piece arriving damaged, it will be replaced at Dayna's expense. In the case of a customer not being satisfied with a product which is quality made,  the return cost are at the customers expense. Once the product is recieved back in the original condition the payment will be refunded.
